group matwork ®
This is the starting point for most of our clients. The intro mat enrolment will teach you all of the basic principles and exercises required to move on to our other areas. The intro enrollments are progressive and for students without any injuries or health concerns. All other matwork classes will be drop-in with reservations required. See our schedule for class times.
Group Schedule
group reformer ® or chair class
These small group sessions are for clients that have completed a min. of the Intro Matwork session or have done an appropriate amount of private lessons. Students must be able to demonstrate an understanding and integration of the Basic Principles of STOTT PILATES®. Admittance is determined by the instructor.
The Reformer & Chair are pieces of Pilates equipment that add resistance and increased bio-feedback to the Pilates workout. They use a spring and pulley system with your body weight to add resistance, assistance and challenge. Sign-in to class here.
private or semi-private
These are scheduled by appointment. Workout one-on-one with an instructor or choose our duet (2 people) or trio (3 people) options. Sessions are developed specifically for you and your needs. Private lessons are appropriate for personal training or sport specific workouts. In these instances clients can work at their own pace with an individualized program for their goals.
