About Us

The Core Connection is a busy boutique pilates studio centrally located at
2243 Albert Street in Regina, SK, Canada. We are steps away from the Cathedral District and Wascana Park between 14th & 15th Ave.

The studio has been operating since 2002 under the direction of Corinne Harle.

We specialize in small group classes, private lessons and semi-private lessons in Matwork®, Chair and Reformer®.
