Our goal is to assist you to get stronger from the inside out, to help you to develop a mindful connection to your body and to take the skills you learn in our studio with you to your other daily activities.
We focus on enhancing body awareness, alignment, strength and support from the core. We are excited to help you meet your goals for better posture, functional fitness, sport specific training and daily living. 
We have been STOTT PILATES® certified instructors for over 20 years. We participate in yearly continuing education to maintain our certification status.

Our professional pilates studio is fully equipped with Merrithew® equipment.
We have 7 V2Max with tower Reformers, a full Cadillac, 2 Ladder Barrels, 2 Spine Correctors, 4 Arc Barrels, 6 Stability Barrels, 5 Stability Chairs and many small pilates props to enhance your pilates lesson. With all pieces of equipment available we are able to provide the comprehensive pilates experience on all pieces of equipment to adapt to your particular needs.

Small group classes, private lessons for your STOTT PILATES & MELT METHOD sessions.

New to pilates - Group classes for new clients

Select one of our Beginner group sessions to learn the fundamentals, set up and safety. We offer a series with specific start and end dates where you will attend one lesson a week for 3-4 weeks or look for our Beginner Reformer drop in option on the regular group class schedule.

Limited to 7 participants.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are booked by appointment. We work with you and your specific goals. Our studio is fully equipped to support, modify and challenge you during your lesson.

We offer private lessons, duets and private groups.

Group Classes for Experienced Clients

After you have completed your private lessons or beginner series to learn the fundamentals we have drop in group classes 7 days a week.

Spaces are limited, reservations are required.
24 hour cancelation policy is in effect.

Corinne Harle is a level 5 MELT Method & MELT for pilates certified instructor. She offers group classes, workshops & private lessons. The MELT Method will enhance your proprioception, body awareness and help you to move and feel great. Our clients love this addition to their sessions.
